Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by from the day of your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not provide return labels, the cost of the shipping would be handled by the buyer.
All returns have a $45.00 restocking fee per item if more than one ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and have no engraving. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If for any reason your jewelry has any issues we will repair it for a fee depending on the damage of the item after it is assessed by our professional jewelry team.
Canceled Orders
All canceled orders have a $45.00 cancellation fee once we start to get to work on your ring after the order has been made unless done immediately within the first 30 minutes of your order.
